Ilya (Elliott) Rabovetsky is the Broker of Redblock Realty Inc. His clients include investors, developers, and high-net worth individuals. He manages the REDBLOCK brokerage, property management, and advisory divisions. On the investment brokerage side, his specialties include distressed real estate, land, notes, and multi-family properties. On the residential brokerage side, he focuses on renovated and luxury homes in Philadelphia, Bucks, and Montgomery counties. In addition, he manages acquisitions and development projects for several REDBLOCK-affiliated real estate holding companies. His previous work experience includes Vanguard, JP Morgan Chase, and Morgan Properties where he was part of the asset management team responsible for a 1.9 billion dollar multi-family portfolio acquisition. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Finance from Drexel University, and a bachelor’s degree in Information Systems also from Drexel University. Ilya attended the Temple University Real Estate Institute and holds an active membership with both the Philadelphia and Bucks County Association of REALTORS.

Eugene (Gene) Yakimchenko is the leasing agent and property management coordinator for REDBLOCK Realty Inc. Eugene is also a licensed salesperson with REDBLOCK Realty Inc. and member of the National, Pennsylvania, and Bucks County Association of REALTORS.
Emanuel Kosacci, Esq. is a licensed salesperson with REDBLOCK Realty Inc. Emanuel completed his undergraduate studies in Economics and International Business at Drexel University, graduating Summa Cum Laude. He then obtained his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. Emanuel worked for the NJ Office of the Attorney General and later in the private sector for two Philadelphia firms. His expertise includes financial matters involving contracts, real estate, bankruptcy and corporations. Emanuel is also a developer and real estate investor.
Judi Healy is the REDBLOCK transaction coordinator / conveyancer, in addition to handling marketing and office administration. Prior to REDBLOCK, Judi spent many years in the mortgage industry. Judi is also a licensed salesperson with REDBLOCK Realty Inc. and member of the National, Pennsylvania, and Bucks County Association of REALTORS.
Alex Syzoniuk manages various REDBLOCK projects, marketing, photography/video, and social media.
